HOSTEL ALLOTMENT PROCESS - STEPS TO BE FOLLOWED BY FIRST YEAR STUDENTS 

 Read the Hostel General Information and General Rules given and register Online on the website http://hms.puchd.ac.in

• Register Online.
• Validate E-Mail Id by clicking on the link sent to the student’s registered E-Mail Id .
• After successful validation of E-Mail Id, Login details will be sent to the student’s registered E-Mail Id.
• Login to your account and complete the form

Fill Admission Date: 24.07.2019

Start Date of Course: 29.07.2019

End Date of Course : 31.05.2021

Merit Score: Enter Merit Score as given in the Merit List for the course released by the department

1. Take the printout of your completed form and submit it in your department's office. It is mandatory to submit hardcopy of the online hostel admission form in the office of Hindi Department.

HOSTEL ALLOTMENT PROCESS - ROLE OF DEPARTMENT

• Department office will receive the printout of student’s filled form.
• All the details of the form will be verified by the department and necessary changes will be made in student’s form, if required.
• Forms will be approved by the department.
• Course and category wise hostel merit list will be generated by the department.
• Department will assign the hostel to student according to merit in a course & category.

HOSTEL ALLOTMENT PROCESS - ROLE OF HOSTELS

• Students who have been assigned hostels by departments, will be allotted hostel room merit wise.
